Incredibly helpful tutorial! Thank you so very much for your info here - I have been researching implementing Trello for my team and building systems and processes out on a shared Trello board. I am going to try to start with this board -- Job Roles/Descriptions. I also would like to know what you did to get the hours onto the cards? I love that feature. Super helpful to maximize time and set some goals for time management as well. Tips for how to get that on there?

Hallo Scott. I like this idea about keeping track of what each team member will do. In my team we have started with a board of ideas, made decisions what to do and who shall do each task. Now I want to make a board as in you example, but I want to link the tasks from one board to the team board and each person’s list. I tried to make some cards at each person’s list with the subject "now" and "later". In the card "now" i tried to attach cards from the other board but I'm not really sure this was a good idea. Do you have any suggestions?

What about if you have more than one person in that department? Can it still be utilized in one board?

This would be great only if my supervisor were like you. Unfortunately he often looks for weaknesses or abuse your strengths. Thus turn trello into a nightmare.

Headshots? The people you have pictured here are freakishly "happy" and "enthusiastic." It's as if you told the AI to keep making them even *more* exuberant about their jobs, their superior, and Trello. Could you use more realistic people in your explanations?

Also, it's best to ask people first instead of just reassigning responsibilities unilaterally.
