Great shot, the "nothing" bit just lacks the oomph the audio gives out imo.

It's not too bad, but you're sticking to the reference too hardcore, since the characters are stylized the animation of emotions should be even more exagerated. That and the second girls position especially should be using her arms to further enhance the body language. Her slouching and wrapping around her book doesnt follow the audio
