Having pcos is terrible. I have suffered with it for ten years. I have improved by doing many things. Cutting red meat and carbs. Walking a lot. Sleeping more. Also if you really want a child you must accept that the older you get the trickier it is. You must persevere. Being fit is definitely something you can achieve with strong willpower.
