I've always loved that he will deliberately sit there with a question, and think through his response even if it means leaving the questioner sitting in an awkward silence. He did the same on Rogan a lot. Instead of just hitting someone with stream of consciousness, he makes a deliberate choice of response. Probably helped him greatly in business.
