Delphi Murders: Richard Allen Attorneys Accused of Disobeying Court

#RichardAllen's attorneys are being accused of disobeying court orders after they were recently reinstated by the Indiana Supreme Court. Prosecutors plan to call witnesses at an upcoming contempt hearing targeting defense attorneys Brad Rozzi and Andrew Baldwin.

This is outlandish. The openly corrupt prosecutor and judge should have been removed from the case months ago. At this point they should be disbarred and investigated for all this blatant corruption.

This judge needs to recuse herself from this case. Shes cearly biased and even after the Indiana Supreme Court said she overstepped her authority by making them step down she immediately denied all their motions without even having a hearing. The judicial misconduct in this country is at an all time high and out of control. Something needs to be done.

No one has ever "stepped down". They were illegally, immorally, and irrationally threatened directly and lied FULL FACE to a court room full of people, on the ONE AND ONLY day she allowed cameras in the court... funny.. the day she was throwing them under the bus. How this lady hasn't been thrown in jail is beyond me, this should be criminal. and everyone's just letting this happen!?! I'm truly sicked deeply by our judicial system on so many levels.

If the Supreme Court of Indiana already cleared the defense attorneys to be put back on the case, then isn’t this matter already considered adjudicated? I mean, it appears to me that the judge’s actions in removing them from the case (which the Supreme Court already stated she did by forcing them to submit their withdrawals), then wouldn’t charging them with contempt over the photos equate to some variation of Double Jeopardy?
