Delphi Murders Drama: Should Richard Allen's Attorneys Return?

Richard Allen's former attorneys are asking the Indiana Supreme Court to reinstate them and have Judge Fran Gull removed from the Delphi Murders Case. Gull previously announced that Allen's attorneys would be withdrawing, but now attorneys Andrew Baldwin and Bradley Rozzi say they were forced to resign. Allen is accused of killing teen girls Abigail Williams and Libby German. #CourtTV investigates the judge's allegations and how they will hold up in the state's highest court.

Do people not understand that Richard Allen's rights are just as important as the victim's rights? Remember, he might be a victim as well. That's the entire point to making sure someone's rights are upheld - innocent people need to walk free.

In the event that he is both guilty and he is found guilty, we will never be able to trust the verdict if his rights were violated on the way to convicting him. How is that justice for the families and the victims? There’s no closure in that.

Just because the girls filmed a "guy on a bridge" does not mean Richard Allen is the guy that did this to them. Me and my friend would take pics of strange people and laugh and make stories about them later. The real person that did this left the phone there for that reason. They had a patsy. If there wasn't a picture of a "guy on the bridge" on the phone, my hunch is that the phone would have been thrown in the river. The judge should be removed from this case and RA's attorneys should be reinstated. RA should also be out with an ankle monitor or something. He is not being treated as "Innocent until proven guilty." Quite the opposite.

If RA can represent himself, I see no reason why he can't have the lawyers he chose, especially since they're offering to do it for free. The judge has created reasonable doubt for me especially with all the other things we've learned about this case. Judge should be removed at bare minimum
