For those who don't get the joke even tho he already put the reference there:

It's derived from pokemon. Brock was eating an onigiri but said "nothing beats a jelly filled donut". In Japanese dub, he did say onigiri but the translator didn't know what it was in english. So to relate to kids in America, they translated it to jelly donut in both eng sub and eng dub.

Looks surprisingly good. I would be using a sweet jelly like apricot though. Not sure about it with the nori though. These rice balls remind me of burritos. You can put just about anything in them.

There is like this little strimg at the top which you first pull open. Then You hold the wrap at the corners amd wiggle the wrap out so the seaweed sticks to the rice😊 its packed like that so the seaweed doesnt get soggy
