The first question is very old, so unfortunately I had seen it before.

The second question is very unfair. Many of the answers come from using incomplete or flawed logic. I did not even attempt to solve all 9 after realizing that even the first question was impossible to solve.
1) There could have been people eating in the tent. And who says these guys are tourists? Could they not be campers?
2) This one was mostly fine, and I got it right.
3) This does not consider every possible scenario. They could have driven to this spot and taken a boat with them. You could easily hide a small boat behind the tent.
4) They could have brought that chicken with them, and chickens do not live exclusively near villages anyway. This could be one that wandered off from a house miles away from any civilization.
5) Saying that something generally happens one way in one part of the world does not account for all scenarios.
6) This answer is based off of one that used flawed logic, and is therefore also unclear.
7) Who says that the guy behind the tent is Alex? Alex could very easily be setting up that boat, and that other guy catching butterflies is a fifth tourist. And given the nature of your previous questions, I have to ask myself if somebody named Alex even exists in this group of people.
8) What does "on duty" even mean? It could be a lot of things besides cooking. And I guess the guy looking through the bag can't be looking through anyone else's bag for something, and the C must stand for Colin, and not any last name. The same goes for the J on the other bag.
9) 8 could mean a lot more things than just the date. It could easily be the number of days they've been there. And I've been eating ripe watermelon since June.

So, if only one question was fair, and I got that one right and properly explained why all of the others are flawed, do I get full credit for that question?

In addition, for the third question, you cannot even make out quite a few of the faces in 720p resolution and full-screen view, and I have better than 20/20 vision. I know exactly where the "faces" are now that you've pointed them out, but if I had to guess whether there was a face there or not after being told to look at that exact location, I would say no for faces 6-8. And if you're counting face 9 as a face, the definition of face has just become unclear enough for me to count the faces on the three birds and the face on the animal in the foreground.

I do not blame you in the slightest for using the given answers to questions that have gone viral. However, I strongly encourage you to play devil's advocate and work to find some way to prove your own questions unclear or impossible. Including alternative (but also correct) answers to some of your riddles lets us know that you are really thinking about these questions and that you are truly the most qualified guy to test our minds with brain teasers and logic puzzles.

2) that tent could've been there before them
3) they could've made those oars while they were there
4) that chicken could've come with them
5) they could be in the Southern Hemisphere
7) Alex could be catching fish but he wasn't by the water yet and a butterfly was just there
9) Who knows if that watermelon is ripe or not?

1: What if they brought an extra spoon to serve the watermelon, and what if the on duty list repeats a name?
2: It only takes an hour for a spider to spin a web, what if it started as soon as the tent was up?
3: What if this is their base camp for their canoeing day trips? they may have arrived by car, and set up before boating.
4: There is such a thing as wild chickens.
5: What if they are in the southern hemisphere, or near the bottom of a cliff, shading the trees most of the day, and causing them to grow bigger lims northward?
6: What if the shadows are the result of the flash of a camera, and its night? (or there in the southern hemisphere)
7: What if that net is resting on the bush, and alex is the one rummaging though colin's bag?
8: What if alex is on duty, which is why he is searching through colin's bag?
9: What if the numbers on the "on duty" sign relate to days spent on the trip, and the day 1 to day 6 list has been taken down?
finally: What if this is actually a wood carving made by an artist who wasn't thinking about the meaning of all those details when he/she carved it, and made most of them up?

The third question assumes only humans have faces, and that things that only look like faces are faces. There are only five actual faces: three human (old man, woman, child) and two animal (dog and bird). Disembodied heads are merely representations of faces, not actual faces. If you disagree with this, trying eating a picture of an apple.

Make three squares in only two moves:
1) remove the horizontal toothpick in the bottom left corner
2) remove the vertical toothpick in the bottom left corner

Four tourists Q6:
You'd expect this kind of cooking at dinner - so it's not morning.

Four tourists Q5:
The wind is blowing from the north. One of the tourists is cooking dinner which means that it is late in the afternoon or early in the evening, so the shadow of this tourist comes from the sun setting in the west. The flag on the tent then indicates the wind blowing from the north.

The seconds riddle has incorrect answers.
1. It is impossible to determine from the picture alone that the individuals are tourists, for all we know this picture was set in someone's backyard. All we can conclude is that there are 3 people, not four, because we only actually see 3 people and 3 names. Using pure logic, the existence of the fourth spoon is irrelevant since the picture alone is insufficient information to determine its purpose (I mean it could be a serving spoon).
2. Literally the only answer that uses logic. and subsequently the only correct answer on the list. (Since it's better to assume the spider wed is real in this context as there are no indications that it might be a decoration or in some other way non-naturally-occurring)
3. Simply because they have oars doesn't mean they took a boat to the campsite, notice the complete lack of waterways in the picture, how would a boat even get there? They clearly walked or drove there, even if it was after they got off the boat, the fact they aren't near water means they would have had to have walked or driven the final distance.
4. The presence of a chicken IN NO WAY AT ALL suggests the presence of a town. Towns are unlikely to have chickens, it's much more likely the chicken is from a farm, and since farms are typically not near towns, the presence of a chicken actually suggest the opposite. BUT since both of those situations are less likely than the situation in which the chicken is owned by one of the people in the picture (if you see an animal you think pet first, random stray second) the relative closeness of a town is completely indeterminable.
5. That anecdote about the tree branches is so unequivocally incorrect and universally disproven I don't think I need to go into more detail (plus there is insufficient information to determine we are in the northern hemisphere).
6. Since 5 was wrong, any assumptions based on 5 are also wrong, even if later proven to be correct, the assumptions are still incorrect because they are based on false information.
7. There is no logic being applied here, you can't see a single hatched triangle, assume it's a net, assume that net is being held by someone, and then assume that someone is from this camp, then assume the name of the person from the camp is Alex. With absolutely no other information. I mean, the name Alex is being pulled out of thin air here.
8. Given we have no information for what "on duty" means, we cannot make any assumptions that what any of them are doing is not "on duty", since we can't determine who is on duty, we can't determine who was on duty yesterday. Further, the single, non-united number on the "on duty" section is not indicative of a date, or a time, or anything other than a simple number value with no context.
9. Again, the numbers on the "on duty" section have no units and are thus meaningless. Also, that "watermelon" could easily not be ripe, or be something totally different like a pumpkin. Given that the image is in black and white we lack sufficient information to determine what that round, striped object is, it could just as easily be a beach ball.

If you got those right, you're not special, you were able to somehow randomly guess a set of made up answers that have nothing to do with an image that was also shown.

1-st one - I solved it.
2-nd one:
Q1 - 4
Q2 - few days ago, there is web on the tent
Q3 - a ship or a boat
Q4 - One of the kids is cooking food (the one that is gonna stay) so no.
Q5 - I also know the ant nest trick - south
Q6 - Day
Q7 - That's a hard one... hmm... HE IS IN THE TENT
Q8 - Colin
Q9 - 8-th
3-rd one - I am too lazy to watch the video to the end, the 1-st test already proved me as a super genius anyway...

Here's how I did it number one (Doing it to the top right square)

Move 1 toothpick down to the middle of the small square

Then move the right stick away to the side

Then move the stick you moved earlier away

I guessed the toothpicks and faces correct, but the camp destroyed me, lol!

The second one is so impossible you might as well not even put it on there. 1. They could be regular people that went camping on a beach. 2. Spider webs can be made in less than 3 hours. 3. They could have walked from anywhere. 4. That could be a rare wild chicken, or they own it. 5. I have forgotten what question is next, so I'll go to the question on who was on duty yesterday. They all were, those numbers refer to the hours, otherwise they would have an entire calendar. 6 Trees having larger leaves on one the south side only works in the northern hemisphere, there is nothing to say where this is. 7 Watermelons are available throughout the year. 8. You can't say what the date is anyway.

Yep, got them all. And it was easy and entertaining at the same time.

For the first one you just have to remove one tooth pick. There are already 4 squares, so remove one on the edge to make it 3.
The second question is just dumb.
2. A spider web could be built in a day
3. Lots of people take a canoe on top of their car when they go camping.
4. It's rare for non rural areas to have a chicken, the question was for a town not a village, and the chicken is unlikely to be let to roam freely.
5. We don't know the hemisphere.
6. We don't know the hemisphere
7. There was no way of knowing his net was behind the tent just because a butterfly is there.
8. "C" could be a design on the bag.
9. Watermelon can be bought while ripe in any time of year.
