Before this job, this was my first time installing FRP. I didn't even know what FRP was. After my boss, Jerry Olson, showed me this method, this turned into a pretty fun job to complete.

This video will show you, in my opinion, the easiest method of installing FRP sheet. This particular job consisted of 120+ sheets of FRP and we used this method.

I’m doing an FRP job now, wish I would have seen this before hand. Using a trowel works the best! Thankfully we have the right tools.

Thanks for making this video on a specialty product like FRP. We install FRP and other wall protection products.
Gluing to CMU (concrete block) takes several times more adhesive than it would on painted sheetrock.
We cut out for outlets and other openings prior to hanging it.
We also use a tin metal shears (electric) for making the long, straight cuts. That has worked well for us. We also roll every bit of the FRP to prevent delamination.

I thought the video was awesome. It was more thorough on applying the trim and made the installation process much easier than other videos I've watched. I believe watching this video will make my installation project much simpler and the finished project much nicer. THANKS!!!

Thank you so much for the video on FRP. I am filling in for my relative who is sick and runs his own construction company. One of his best customers was counting on him to remodel the commercial bathrooms. Since I had never done this before, your video helped me get it doine.

I install FRP as my occupation. youre doing good. its a lot more complicated to get the sheets in if youre using top and bottom caps instead of just dividers. I trim out around doors and other openings which can take a lot of cuts to make it look perfect.

I worked with a guy who gave me some valuable information from the course he took, you bring the divider tight to your last sheet and install next sheet to the inside edge of divider, then move divider over so both sheets are covered. It makes it faster and easier, especially when your doing 12' sheets 😅

I use snips that attach to a drill, and I hammer my seams to fit the panels more even, I only glie with a side to side pattern in order to roll out air bubbles in a better fashion I also use an 1/8th inch trowel in order to cover a nice spread on the wall. You have great techniques bro and.im gonna use some of them thats why I'm here, I'm a non union scab and I do whatvi can but im a plastic master and I also do Inpro paneling too. Nice video!

I am doing a complete rebuild of an Aliner hardshell popup camper that was rotted out. The walls are vertical and 45 Degrees overhead. I am using the 1/16" thick sheets as the 1/8" would add too much weight for the surface. This is the way I plan to hang it. Thank you for showing your technique and being very thorough with the demonstration.

Nice job. I truly appreciate the tips. I'm thinking about covering some old ceramic tile in a commercial bathroom to freshen it up and this should be very helpful.

Converting a shuttle bus into a camper with a shower....how would you suggest dealing with the curved walls using FRP? Best to create a straight wall with ply wood foundation, or is it possible to bend FRP and still get good adhesion on a wall with a slight thanks for the excellent tips!

I am a tool design engineer, I made a special tool for FRP and I used it after I glued the back of the panel, and with the tool, one person can lift the panel and install it on the wall without any problem with the glue or the wall!
I am working on a tool to actually bend the frp panels to the shape to fit the corners.
