Note that late stage Pancreatic cancer has recently had good results with treatment with IV Vitamin C alone. in a trial. The patient survived quite well for quite some time, the cancer began to reduce, but he died of unrelated causes, sepsis.

CA19.9, serum and fecal M2-PK, Amylase, Lipase test...good luck though. Even very early stage has dismal survival rates. Very early sign can be burning sensation under the right shoulder blade - which can also be, most often a stone, pancreatitis or less common a cancer.
