Imagine the day where HIV/AIDS patients, Cancer, and Diabetic patients gather and join forces to not only end these practices but to demand the cures we all know are already there!

What is needed is legislation, that makes it implied terms in the contract, that the onus is on the Insurance company to not just notify but take reasonable steps to make sure beneficiaries get their money. Including a sanction/ penalty for any non compliance.

How will the company know they died? My brothers policy is paid up. There are no premiums or correspondence needed. If he died, they wouldn't know. Are they supposed to get a list a daily deaths and see if their customers are on it? That's just weird.

It's 2019 now. Im here in the Philippines and include PruLife UK in your watchlist. I can personally vouch for this company's misdeeds. What a shame.

10 years and you haven't filed a claim? How in world does the.company know when somebody dies? If they do know, they should be reaching out to the beneficiary to file a damn claim. FILE THE CLAIM. When you wreck your car, what is the first thing you have to do???? File a claim.

How the fuck is the insurance company supposed to know you've died without a claim? Do they search death certificates?

So people just assume that life insurance companies are going to automatically know or keep track when someone dies?

Insurance companies are very rich from exploiting the general public they don't like paying and they use agencies to get clients and when your dentists put mercury fillings in you teeth you are going to suffer mental health issues like mood changes due to toxic effects of mercury which is dangerous and harmful to pregnant women and children, the doctors will say you have bipolar disorder now that is not entertained by insurance companies during payout time they say you didnt declare that during the application, most people with mental health issues is brought upon them either by work places, family domestic problems, neighbours from hell, oppression, or mercury from contaminated sea foods, and mercury vapour is dangerous and harmful due to its low melting point, family breakup has an adverse effect on children and causes upset stomach in young children and they suffer depression and again these questions are asked by the insurers. The doctors give out chemical drugs which causes depression and death, and the insurers ask lots of questions which are problems people face getting full insurance, the internet is full of agencies trying to get
