Arc ing power lines

We were awakened bright an early a Sunday morning recently to see arcing power lines behind our home. It was a shock! The sparking caused the wires to continue vibrating and thus hitting each other to bring more sparks. Luckly our power in the house was not affected. Eventually, DWP guys came and attached a stick to keep the wires separated.
