My Approach 25/15
Multiply both by 4 so
25*4/15*4=100/60
It's means if 25 is 100 percent 15 is 60 percent so option 60 is right

Just divide the 25 into 5 parts, each part is = 20℅, so 5x3=15 which is 60℅

15% 25 is = 12.5 it's simple because the point between 12.5 is ( . Is X ) so 12x5 is = 60% 💯👌

My solution was, both are factors of 5. What percent of 5 is 25? 1/5 = 20%. So how many 20%'s go in to 15? 3. 3x20% = 60%.

Maybe weird, I dunno. But that made it easy for me.
