Take the recommended dose and add to a room temperature distilled water. I usually put a little water in the jar, then the spirulina, then fill the jar up and let it sit for a while. Then I drink it, the time I let it sit makes it so I don’t have to mix it. Does wonders, I been taking it for months.

Also a serving has 64 grams of protein compared to 26 grams of protein in a piece of chicken and new research has shown that high amounts of animal protein can cause cancer.
I had a hard time trying to find a way to consume Macca powder because it has such an awful taste but my friend said she puts it in her peanutbutter shakes. You may also want to look into chlorella, flax seed (ground them up first) and chia seeds. All super foods. On my budget l find it hard to have all of these things and that's another set up of the matrix. If it's good for you they make it expensive so that average people can't afford to have them all of the time. It's already more expensive to be a vegetarian than a meat eater.
