🚨Hinging Progression🚨

A lot of times we have limitations performing a proper HINGE which is essential in DAILY PERFORMANCE. Mobility in your Hip Flexor Region including Quads is one of the important segments enabling your body to respond to the hinge motion. Activation and understanding why your Hamstrings and Glutes should be engaged is important too. The Eccentric Loading of the Hamstrings are 🔑 here and having your front leg's knee in a fixed position. This will allow firing of the Hamstrings and Glutes on the movement up. I see a lot of failure on DL when pulling weight back because of poor mechanical work and Unilateral Imbalances(lumbar specifically and Glute Strength). Try this out.
