So glad I found this!! I'm a former dancer turned barre instructor whose life changed post cancer surgery/treatment. I have lymphedema swelling from lymph node removal and the rebounder is great for non impact lymph flow. Thanks Fayth.

Honestly, I’ve lost 12 lbs in 1 month with this workout routine . I don’t do it daily maybe 3-4 times a week. But I’m so happy with the results. Will definitely be waiting for more workout routines!

I loved this workout so much! The exercises are short so when I felt it was becoming too much for me to continue she was actually changing things up. This makes it not boring at all! Actually very enjoyable and for everyone. I also like her attitude, she is so nice!

Thank you! One of the most interesting and effective rebounder workouts I have tried. I like the circuit approach. This workout doesn't get redundant with endless jumping jacks.

Have to say huge thanks for these excellent be fit videos. The instructors are calm and cool and not shrieking at you as in others! Really happy I’ve found an exercise type I actually enjoy!
