thought I was killing it with the 5 minute ones. Heard her say, start slow only do a few mintues but i was like, "this is hella fun and easy!!" I did two 5min dance back to back and then was like i still feel ok.. lets do a 20 minute walk one! Couldnt laugh the next day from ab pain and couldnt walk from calf and hip flexor stiffness... What are these muscles?!! Lol 😂

i have been jumping on my jumpsport 350 pro barefoot almost daily for 3 months and i LOVE IT! The bungees are alot easier on my joints than my nedak soft bounce spring rebounder which hurt my back legs and feet. Thank you for all your guidance and wisdom Owlly.👍🏻😊🙌🏻🙌🏻

Glad to see this. I started this out to lose 25 pounds hopefully and I eat healthy but want to improve. I wasn’t jumping but doing other moves and was extremely achy for days. And that was only doing 5 to 10 minutes.

I got a rebounder a few months back. I thought i had purchased one with bungee cords but it turns out they have springs. My back was killing me after using it 3 times within a week and a half! I should have built up slowly but I'm also guessing that having one with bungee cords would be much better!

I’ve loved rebounding for the past two months, but am, indeed, surprised that I can’t yet jump without holding onto the handlebars. I’m an active hiker, I swim daily, but I broke my foot in February and was unable to be weight bearing for 3 months. And I weigh 350lbs, which is likely part of the problem with getting some air. I’m hoping I eventually can get to the point of having both feet off the mat. But it is slow going and I hope I’m getting benefit from doing the health bounce and weight transfers in the meantime.

Any advice for someone with an abnormally large valgus angle in their femoral head?

Hi...I'm 65 years young and I have Vertigo ( mostly left ear). I've been told rebounding would be good for me. I'm healthy, active( walk daily) garden, so I'm strong. Do you feel this would be good for me. I'm just asking before I purchase it. Thank you Peri-Lynne

Thank you for this. I neglected my new rebounder because I don't know how to tighten the bungees.😮

Is this why I feel so completely wiped out for a day or two after a good rebounding session?
