As a lifelong Clevelander no one calls these area the names you used. I have no clue where “Industrial Valley” is. Kinda funny 😆

I am so tired of your constant Cleveland bashing. it is quite obvious you have an axe to grind. You never focus on the good aspects of Cleveland, ONLY the negative. The way you cherry pick stats make it clear you have an agenda. i have lived in and traveled to many major cities in the US and Cleveland by far is one of the nicest metro areas in the nation. Have you even been to Cleveland?? I doubt it. It is odd you only focus on the bad areas of the city while ignoring the good. The rough areas comprise
5 %to 10% of the metro area, .but that is what you report only to portray Cleveland in a negative light.. Cleveland has some of the wealthiest and safest communities in the nation.. Gates Mills, Hunting Valley, Pepper Pike, Beachwood, Solon, Westlake, Rocky River, Bay Village, Moreland Hills, Chagrin Falls to name a few. The inner city is experiencing tremendous growth. Housing and commercial construction is booming The neighborhoods of Tremont, Ohio City, Battery Park offer condos and homes starting at 600 k and most are presold before completion . The University Circle neighborhood of Cleveland has some of the nation's best cultural, medical, and educational institutions and was rated one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the country. My advice to you, is instead of spending time trashing Cleveland and portraying the city as some war zone, perhaps you should take some speech and diction classes because your speaking skills are atrocious.

When a realtor uses the phrase “up and coming neighborhood, ” it really means that the locals are “UP in arms” and they’re “COMING over to your place.”

You know what they say: Cleveland may be bad, but at least they aren't Detroit!

Sadly this video will simply prolog the mistake on the lake narrative. I moved to Cleveland suburbs back in mid 80s and have never had need to visit the neighborhoods that he mentioned. Why don't you do video about top 10 places near Cleveland. Do some research on " emerald necklace " . Good luck finding something even close to this in any large metropolitan. Hint, research CLEVELAND METROPARKS

He left out that Fairfax is where Cleveland Clinic is, and Cleveland Clinic is a world-renowned hospital; it’s 20-24 city blocks wide. Lots of gentrification with extra nice houses so medical people have a place to live.

I grew up in Cleveland in the 80-90s! Gives you grit - be prepared to fight for what you have. I was able to move up to Parma, but will retire in Cleveland because taxes & utilities are cheaper.

Briggs, in case you didn't realize it from the repeating of Rail Road, it is hard to find anywhere in Cleveland and its suburbs, that are not near train tracks.

I like train tracks. The sound of a passing train gives me good dreams.

AN all-brick home is a good idea. After all, it stops bullets better than plywood.

Damn since I grew up in the inner city I've been around or grew up in every place listed haha. It's really not all that bad just mind your business and you'll be fine. If your trying to get into something then that's when you're a candidate for a crime happening to you.

Thanks once again, Briggs, for entertaining your viewers by posting the worst places to live-here, there, and everywhere-as well as the best places in the same locales. You've insulted four of my former hometowns, and yet I keep coming back for more. There's inevitably a a kernel of truth in the videos, and they're a relaxing way to view the latest statistics.

Life long Westsider. I love my city but it truly is a city divided by a river. You might get robbed or stabbed west of the Cuyahoga but 90% of the Murders are EAST OF IT!
