Working for usps, I've walked every neighborhood on your list, first route was in the south Broadway neighborhood starting where Turney and Warner split, there were times the only thing keeping me alive was the usps jacket, they love the mailman over there.

Grew up in Cleveland in the '60s. Lived off of Miles 143rd 119th and 116th. Had a great childhood. It is no way near as safe and beautiful as it was.

I have lived on E. 143rd, 147th (across from original East Clark Elementary School) and 149th. I lived on those streets from 1966 to 1974. Then to Wickliffe for a few years. My mother was a teacher's aid at East Clark in the 70s. Seems like a long time ago. I remember having the hells angels dogs escort me back to my front porch after admiring the motor cycles. I also attended the (2nd Memorial Elementary School) for awhile on the north end of E. 152nd St.

I've been shot on 2 separate occasions on the east side. 116th in Union and 116th in Matilda. Cleveland breed!!! The Land aint no joke!!! Be safe!!!

once upon a time these places _were_ neighborhoods. Crime creates poverty because it chases all of the money and the above ground economy out..Pretty soon nothing left to steal or drive out of town. The moral of the story is, you get what you'll put up with
