Every Thursday at 8pm EST, I will be live on YouTube grilling claimants with questions for their upcoming ALJ hearing. Just call 407-279-1754 and we will run questions together. First come, first serve, and please remember to use a pseudo name.

Howdy guys, my name is Attorney Walter Rudolph Hnot, III. New Jersey born, MBA, JD, Master Mason and a tireless advocate for the homeless and low income who are seeking disability benefits. It's simple, if you are within the law's requirements for disability benefits, you get a check every month, and health insurance. No, it doesn't include a new iPhone, house or cool car, but, with your SSI/SSDI disability backpay, you can potentially get those things...with your own disability money :-). I created this channel because of how many crazy things I was hearing out in the general public on how this system works. I did library seminars, academia seminars, food truck seminars (which I prefer), etc...The online video platform is the best way to reach the majority of you guys.

Almost threw up in my mouth a little bit when the security guy seemed proud to say one of the tactics used to "fight fraud" was the fact that most SSA claims are denied on the first go around.

We pay into these programs all our lives and the government treats us like criminals the moment we actually begin to use them.

I've been receiving SSDI since 2018 for peripheral neuropathy. I worked for 34 yrs. Immediately after i was sitting on a bench waiting for Medicaid transportation to pick me up from the grocery store and i thought i saw a lady taking photos of me. I saw this same person riding in my apt complex taking pictures. It's sad that you work all your life and this is how you're treated.

I don’t understand how someone could scam the system when you need medical records and a doctor’s recommendation to get on benefits in the first place

People in general don't realize putting their life up on social media isn't confidential. I have had nothing to do with social media except YouTube for 5 years and it's the best decision I ever made.

The SSA can watch me all they want to. I have never lied to them. I hope they were following me because then they would witness my disabilities.

It seems like this is invasion of privacy.

I believe the government should be investigated like this let me put some cameras or drones in their personal spaces.

I wonder if the ssa follows old rich people around or is it poor people who depend on social security just to live 😮

When I got my SS for MS I was told by the lady at SS I didn't need to report when one symptom got better because, that usually means something else has gotten worse. Now, I'm under my first review in over 15 years. I have good days and sometimes leave the house. I've worked my tail off to get out 9f and remain out of a wheelchair, which was never even reported to SS. BUT, God knows, I have my bad days. I'm exhausted ALL the time. I'm also a veteran. I used to treat at the VA. Another SS employee sa8d I didn't need their insurance since I had the VA. When my kidneys and liver came back showing signs of damage and I requested to be weaned off the massive amounts of medications and was told NO, these where maintenance medications I'd be on for life. I decided no more! I wasnt going to just exist. But. i was going to live whatever time I have left. So, needless to say, fast forward 5 years to today, under review. I have no medical records from tye last x amount of years. I have some woman on the phone interviewing me and trying to type my responses word for word. This is then considered a medical evaluation for a disease that can't be seen without an MRI or medical tests. I have a disease that doesn't go away, a disease that does irreplaceable damage. How does the SSA decide who can manage through and who can not? Can I work an 8 hr day and support myself/family? How can SSA basically play God with people's life? I don't want to live my life the way SSA says I'm supposed to. If i could work, I would. I'd love to be able to return to society! Being "disabled" shouldn't be a full time job or so depressing that the little bit of money isn't worth it. So, what happens if I don't meet the SSAs criteria?

About that lady claiming her deceased mother's SS, the funeral homes are required by law to report deaths to SSA

That all needs to change and get the rich people out of our government more middle class people.

There was a ruling recently about the drone footage without a warrant as unconstitutional because it crossed into the illegal search category.

THAT SEEMS LIKE A VIOLATION OF A PERSON 'S PRIVACY. IT IS UNFAIR TO VIOLATE ONE'S PRIVACY AND THEN GET AWAY WITH IT.

I know 2 people who the minute they get their ssi they go to the atm and then go get their street drugs and also sell their food stamps for drugs and cigarettes smh. Sad how they never get investigated & people who actually pay bills and buy what they need like food and household items get investigated what bs is that 🤬

With all this craziness with spying honestly makes me think that being homeless isn’t such a bad idea. Although I do nothing wrong like many I’m sure who the hell wants to be spied upon. Okay some people may be scammers but those who are legit as I actually feel invaded like WTF❗️

I don't think anyone can say how pain effects a person. Everyone is different. My neck and back were broken when I was younger. I'm always in constant pain. Some days, I physically can't get out of bed without rolling off into the floor and pushing myself up into a standing position. Some days, it's better and I'm able to make it through on the verge of tears. I'm still working. It's getting harder to move but I do a lot of things the "Dr" said I can't. I load groceries. It hurts like hell but I do it. I pick up my child, same pain but her smile is so worth it. I'm going to continue to as long as I can. Who are they to say someone can't verses I didn't think that should be possible? This is pathetic to surveil people like this.

I’m sorry, a private investigator, that is hired by the government / law enforcement is STILL constrained by constitutional protections, a persons expectation of privacy, ie 4th amendment. Apple tracking device would require a warrant.

This has to be a violation of human rights to be stalking people, taking photos and video surveillance without consent.
