This woman is so very fortunate that nobody took matters into their own hands and delivered the life lesson she so desperately needs.
The term is "contact counselling" and she was a prime candidate for it.

I can attest to the fact that this woman is an absolute nightmare. I live in this neighborhood and I'm so happy that something was finally done.

The reason this woman is doing what she is doing is because she was handled with kid gloves for too in and arrest her, stop playing games with her. How many resources were wasted by repeatedly showing up to her house and doing nothing? She kept pushing because nobody was pushing back on her behavior.

Just my guess but probably the reason that KAREN had gotten so bold now is because she has been able to get away with her actions probably much longer then the year she had been living there.

Anywho who owns/rents understands how stressful it is to have a nightmare neighbor. Your house is supposed to be a haven. I'm so glad law enforcement took this matter seriously.
