No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe | Episode 28

Total Time: 4 Hours 15 minutes (15 minutes prep time, the rest is refrigerating)
Makes: 1 Awesome 13x9 Cheesecake!

2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
6 Tbsp Margarine, melted
1 Cup Sugar
4 pkg (8oz. each) Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Strawberry Preserves
2 Cups Fresh Strawberries
8 oz. Whipped Topping

1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and 1/4 of sugar; press firmly into the bottom of 13x9 pan. Refrigerate while prepping the filling.

2. Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup of sugar in large bowl with an electric mixer until blended. Add preserves; mix until blended. Place fresh strawberries in a small bowl add 2 Tbsp. mash with fork. Stir strawberries into cheese mixture. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon over crust.

3. Cover and refrigerate for 4 ours or until firm....

4. Eat (and enjoy) that Cheesecake!!

This Cheesecake lasted less than a day! As soon as everyone took a bite they kept coming back for more.

Like what you are doing but can you please add the amount of the ingredients that was not mentioned from the list of items you had on the screen etc. Sugar for the Topping !!! How much are you using for this recipe?
