Online therapy can be immensely effective for non-clinical conditions, including anxiety and depression. It is far more important that you choose the right kind of psychotherapy rather than whether it is online or in-person. The advantage is that it is more convenient for you and also far less intimidating than meeting a therapist in-person; an important factor if you are suffering from anxiety.
