I did this and my back got stronger for the squat and deadlift, I also never suffer through any lower back pain thanks to this excercise. Just check your form because it might go to the glutes and harm more in some seat angle

Over 5 months of continuous training these were always a part of my back training and leg days. Held a plate 3 sets of 15 and one set body weight. The development in my lower back is unbelievable, no pain whatsoever when I’m working or doing household tasks. Not to mention setting up for barbell rows my low back doesn’t seem to give out before my target muscles do

After I finish my hyperextension exercise, I always get that back muscle tightness and rigidness, feel powerful with this exercise

This is important muscle to be build, lower back, when I started lifting weights in high school, my gold medal bodybuilder coach emphasize on this exercise to increase my lower back muscle that later on support me when I do heavy weights

This exercise is a great way to really target the lower back. I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall strength since adding it to my routine.

This exercise is also good to recover from a lumbar herniated disc.
