The wallpaper wasn't automatically applied because you did not mark "Desktop and window layout" you can also select what to apply with button on the bottom left of the _Apply_ window.

Looks very nice. KDE Plasma is probably the most deeply customizable interface out there, but too buggy for my liking.

Bro I am currently booted up from a live usb. To verify things first, I checked for the 'otto' theme on the 'Global Themes' option, but its stuck on 'Loading more...' even though it hasn't loaded even a single preview.
Will this issue would be solve if I did a proper installation, or not?

Hello! Congratulations and thanks for the tutorial.
Only issue I had was with system windows such as Settings and Dolphin. I can't move them with the mouse and the close, minimize and maximize buttons are gone. Any way to restore them?

But sadly my pc crashes on KDE so i use Gnome.
