This is not showing how to change a toner cartridge, only how to pull one out and immediately slide it back in.
You should show how to open a new laser cartridge, gently turn from side to side 6 times, how to carefully pull orange tape tab to release the toner and then to gently set it in place.

Easy peasy, chicken squeezy. Don't forget to take the little red tabs off the end.
