good morning dealer we have a problem with a Ricoh 3025 aficio it does not stop when the machine is in green and pressing the copy key moves the scanner and does not make the copy. if you could give us some technical suggestions thank you good job

Question?? after the click when you insert the ink cartridge will it still work? My reason for asking is cus the green handle is very weak when I tried to pull the lever down one side broke so the display still says no toner detected. Would that have anything to do with it if anyone can help me let me know.

good morning i am a small reseller of ricoh products i have a problem with a ricoh aficio moc305. During printing or copying it has a 5/6 cm wide band in which the color does not print well in fact the yellow color is predominant which mixed with the black of the print gives me an Olive Green can help me understand if it is a problem drum of some color or the laser not mounted correctly or in contact.
