How to Replace Brother TN830 TN830XL Toner Cartridges

This video will show you how to install the Brother TN830 TN830XL toner cartridge. In the video, we use a Brother HL-L2400D printer and a Brother TN830 toner cartridge.

Due to the video not being replaced with a new toner cartridge, the steps in the video are relatively simple. The following are the specific steps for installing the Brother TN830 TN830XL toner cartridge:

Step 1, open the front cover of the printer and then remove the drum unit and empty toner cartridge from your Brother printer.
Step 2, press the green tab below the toner cartridge to remove the empty Brother TN830 toner cartridge.
Step 3, take a new TN830 toner cartridge replacement and open the outer packaging of the new toner cartridge.
Step 4, shake the toner cartridge horizontally several times.
Step 5, remove the orange protective cover from the new toner cartridge.
Step 6, press the green button on the drum to install the new toner cartridge onto the drum.
Step 7, slide the green button in the video to clean off dust.
Step 8, correctly place the toner cartridge and drum unit into your Brother printer.
