Ah I still remember getting my SP I was 7 at the time and had been waiting over a month since my actual birthday to get the SP. Even now in 2012 at 16 years of age I still play it and I love the nostalgic feel it gives me. Long live the Gameboy!

Unimpressive design?? I fell in LOVE with the GameBoy Advance at first glance because of its design, and to this day, though the pocket is my favorite handheld, the GBA has my favorite design >.<

Wow, the Microvision! I actually got one of those for Christmas in 1986! Shortly thereafter I took it apart to see how it worked, but I digress. I had an original Game Boy back in 1994, got an Original DS back in 2007, got a white DS Lite about a year after that, currently own a silver DS Lite and am going to get a Midnight Purple 3DS.

omg the memories ;)
first I had the original Game Boy from my sister, and I played Tetris and Super Mario on it. then I got a turquoise Game Boy Color and me and my neighbours would spend so much time playing Pokemon.. I had the Blue and Gold editions :') later I got a Game Boy Advance SP and mainly played Shrek and Sims.
I will never forget the Pokemon times, though. I'm really glad I grew up in that time <3 (I'll be 19 in 3 months btw.)

I had the original gameboy, then upgraded to a red pocket, then to a turquoise color, to a white advance, to a silver SP, skipped the launch DS, then bought a white Lite and now have the black 3DS . man how time flies . I wish I would've kept them all but found myself just trading for the new model:/ many good memories All the same.
