I can say that you have a great selection of food with no pesticides, herbicides and the likes. It's also great that you mentioned the importance of some of the nutrients that plays a vital role in human health. Although I would prefer to have a wider selection of foods instead of supplementing with other manufactured products like vitamins and other pharmaceutical products. But, you are really looking good and your diet is really working for you. You still look very young!

She looks young and so fit. Listen to her keto heads! I do find some of her nutritional advice on the biggest loser unstainable (too low calorie) and flawed but it seems like she has a good head on her shoulders now.
