If you then want to to seed 10, 000 cells into the new flask (0.0025 or 0.25% of the total cells), you should transfer 0.05 mL (50 mcL) of the original sample into the new flask.

which is equal to 50 microliter
Further
Total and total volume is 20000ul so 1ul contains= which multiply by 50= 50*200=10000 cells
