Rishi Sunak laughs off question over general election date – audio

In an interview on BBC Radio Tees, the prime minister laughs when asked when he will call a general election, with the presenter, Amy Oakden, responding by asking him why he finds the question funny.

The prime minister has refused to give a date over when the UK's next general election will be after rumours it could be as early as May.
