Remove heavy metals from your body with this heavy metal detox smoothie. Heavy metals get into our bodies from the air, the food we eat, the packaging of the food, the water we drink, while pumping gas, and so many other ways. These metals create havoc in our bodies.

Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie Recipe:
2 bananas
2 cups frozen or fresh wild blueberries, or 2 ounces pure wild blueberry juice, or 2 tablespoons pure wild blueberry powder
1 cup tightly packed fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon barley grass juice powder
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 tablespoon Atlantic dulse or 2 dropperfuls Atlantic dulse liquid
1 orange, juiced
1⁄2 to 1 cup water, coconut water, or additional fresh-squeezed orange juice (optional)
Blend Everything together and ENJOY!

The MM recipe calls for 2 cups of blueberries, not just one. The purpose of the smoothie is to remove toxic heavy metals, hence the name. The ingredients are not because of their being high in any particular nutrient

Question: How do you use it? I mean, in the morning? Empty stomach? can I eat after the smoothy after 15 minutes or do I have to wait for hours? how many "shots" do I have to take to be effective? I mean every day for a week, or only once or twice a week etc, Thanks.
