Celery Juice and Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie Update

In this video, I discuss how things are going after drinking celery juice and a Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie everyday for the last couple of months. I also show some of the greens and herbs I planted.

Stay with it. I’ve been doing celery juice for 18 months consistently and will have a month on the heavy metal detox smoothie soon but already feeling the difference. I’m going for 1 year on the heavy metal detox smoothie. I have done three of his 3, 6, 9 cleanses and in the 18 months I’ve been adding better and subtracting worse, I am feeling the best I’ve felt in30 years. Was looking up celery juicing with the omega, as I just started doing the cleanses, too, from reading Anthony's books. Saw your March video, and then was curious to see how you were doing with the cleansing and your symptoms. And found this next video update. Glad to hear you're feeling better. It sure seems like you are doing better, as you appear much clearer in this video, like you're body is working more easily and your skin is much clearer, too. Just wanted to let you know I could notice a real difference in your energy and affect, and to say great work and hope you keep it up. I've already noticed a difference in just two weeks, and got the juicer today. Am glad not to be spending so much money on buying the juices from our local juice shack. The juicer was pricey, but it's so worth it. I had one years ago and gave it to a family member. Really glad to have a new one, and start juicing every day again. My health will be so much better for it, and it's been a rough last few years. Let the healing begin! Glad you're on your healing journey and sharing here. Glad u think it is helping. Also glad to hear ur eating healthy!!! Keep us updated. Pain is a hard thing to fix. I kind of want to say foods, etc help but usually don't cure of something ur source comes from. Make sure to ck on inflammatory foods. Proud of ur efforts!!!

Oh dear! You need to take the spearmint and peppermint out immediately! Put them in pots instead. Mints are notoriously invasive and will take over the entire space in short order. Don't make me tell you 'I told you so'!
