Fatigue during Pregnancy is a very very common thing, it may happen for various reasons may be lady is over worked or the demands of the fetus are not met with, the lady does not have enough intake to care of herself and baby. So to ensure she all safe she should get her hemoglobin checked, The vitamin B12 & D3 checked, she should also check protein levels in the blood. So these four things are definitely known to increase the fatigue during pregnancy. Other thing is may be she is over worked or not getting appropriate rest so we recommend all the pregnant women for 1-2 hours in the afternoon should a nap then should have plenty of liquids and high protein diet. Generally some people may feel fatigue by doing same work all the day so recommendations would be change your work pattern, move around very often, don' stand for long, don't lift heavy weights and this will ensure that you don't feel fatigue during pregnancy.
