Ive started doing squats a month ago after skipping them at the gym for years, there is something magical happening and i dont know the science but if you suffer from depression, anxiety, any of these things then start squatting heavy every 2-3 days because in the first week i noticed this strange calmness about me, like when i was speaking to people i notice while speaking how calm i am, my depression was 50% less, often 100% less, my muscle gains around my body dramatically increased (i think this is due to growth hormones being released from the heavy weights). 3 important tips though, you must go HEAVY, you need try to go QUITE deep and you MUST be struggling with the weight on the last rep of EVERY set you do. When i say struggling i mean you're applying maximum full force/effort as hard as you can and you're only just able to stand back up again. THIS is so important because if you skip this bit, you wont get all the benefits i just mentioned. Enjoy the benefits, i know this sounds dramatic but its been life changing for me.

I didn’t see a single good squat here. Atg with limited pelvic tilt is the way to go. But also mix it up beyond just squats, generally playing around with different ways to get up from the floor til you are comfortable enough to control the eccentric
