in skew symmetric matrices max no distinct element n^2-n +1 (1 is for 0 ) so my doubt is isnt 0 count in diagnal distinct element
and ans should be n^-n

sir at 31:11 we have the fix pattern for selection of entries below the diagonal bcz as u said corresponding to 3 there would be -3 only not other this





so we must be only working to select upper part only na ?
