I suffer with fibromyalgia and multiple conditions in my feet and I am in constant pain, I’m much better from many years ago though diet, supplements and clinical herbalism along with medical cannabis. I am like 85 percent ok but still have days that are really bad, have learned how to cope and pace myself and also not to complain too much to people. The biggest thing I learned is when I became a clinical hypnotherapists and learned about brain training and instilling a positive mindset. Very nice to hear someone talking about pain and long term chronic conditions. Let alone also having adhd but there other set of symptoms that I have to mask and pretend half the time. Not many people I can just be myself with, many people judge especially when I have open up about my life and these chronic conditions. I take each day as it comes and not to dwell upon or give energy to those symptoms I have. You have taught me some stuff here that’s going to help me look in to some of these concepts further 😀

Thanks for the encouragement we all have things were going through and it always helps when another person is being honest what they're going through so we know we're not the only one and it helps us push through God bless you and may he continue to keep his hand and arms around

Dear Jack, I just want to let you know this video literally changed my life. I used to take life for granted but after watching this video I became mpre appreciative of the life i have. I used to have hip and back pain until recently because of my weight. I used to be angry at the world and like you said i used to just focus on the pain and sort of msde it my identity. But after watching this video i had found assurance and hope and now im much happier and grateful. Thank you, Jack. ❤
