2024 BMW X5 LCI Review - Walk Around and Test Drive

The 2024 BMW X5 LCI has arrived with a handful of improvements for the exterior, interior, and even the powertrain under the hood. Having a strong year in sales, the BMW X5 has outsold the Mercedes Benz GLE and Audi Q7 by a country mile, and it appears that for 2024 nothing is going to change. In this video we're going to take a deep dive into the 2024 BMW X5 xDrive40i to see how it compares to rivals, and to see if it's still the best luxury crossover you can buy today.

Hate the giant screen, looks cheaper. Have ‘22 - looks much better. No doubt the output of the engine has been the same for 3 years and they are being more transparent now

I'm 6'4" and the BMW X3 without sunroof has more headroom than the X5. In the X5 I hit my head on the head liner.

Did not show an under cargo storage space. That's one of my most important factor to choose a new car as a computer technician needs to carry parts and tools all year long.

It looks worse than the pre facelift. By worse I mean cheaper. Taillights look like a Chevy Traverse and the front looks like a grinch smile

To be fair, the changes are minimal and despite those superficial cosmetic changes the X5 overall looks very dated and that steering wheel looks more suitable for the 3 series

I really like the exterior.. but bmw is making awful interiors now with the funky screen and light up trims…I miss simple elegance and luxury, it’s all turning ultra modern and quirky and I just hate it so much
