I went on keto for 2 months & have been on a vegetarian diet for 2 years. I continued to exercise every day. All my arthritic knee & wrist pain went away. Cut sugar & processed food, incl. alcohol.

6 years ago I had stem cells extracted and reinjected into 4 disks in my lower back to re-inflate them. It was really successful and after 4 years I was getting tweeks so had them redone 2 years ago and haven't had any problem. I still workout and run with no issues.

Thanks a lot for the genuine information. I got the stemcell treatment for my knees a week ago, and now I'm quite relaxed and satisfied after watching your video.❤

Thank you for posting this video. I just recently completed a round of MSC (mesenchymal stem cell) IV exosomes for full-body tendon/connective tissue damage due to Cipro Toxicity. It's only been one month, but I can already tell I am healing. I had a shoulder labrum tear that had not been healing... just re-tearing every few days it seemed like. Within 10 days of taking the exosomes, the labrum is no longer tearing. Additionally, tendons all along my spine and shoulder girdles are healing! So thankful to live in the day of Regenerative Medicine (even though the FDA hasn't fully approved of it, yet.)

I just got stem cells in my knee 2 days ago. Most of my swelling is down and I hope I can get some good results as well.

Stem cell therapy is awesome and this clip seems like more of an advertisement than a review. I know it's a short video, but I kind of expected that since you have "Is it Worth It?" in the title, that you would talk about costs ... or at least range of costs. Of course, affordability is relative, but if you'd have added maybe 2-3 minutes to your "Is It Worth It?" video some folks might conclude that they'll never be able to afford it. I remember watching a 2018 Joe Rogan episode that featured Mel Gibson talking about having taken his 92-year old father to Panama for stem cell therapy. It was "worth it" to Mel's dad. If I was more financially "healed", I would have started stem cell therapy 20+ years ago. I'm only pushing 77-years old and suffering pain in every degenerating joint. It's "worth it" for me to learn about the benefits of this therapy because it makes me happy for those who've received it. It really does give me hope. I'll always have the hope ... just not the money.

Had stem cells on my knee for torn ACL. It worked a miracle. 75% torn on the MRI. Intact ACL on the MRI a year and half later. It’s pricey, but glad I did it. My health, active lifestyle and career was a no brainer.

No disclosure as to whether Dr Whitten got a discounted or free DreamBody treatment? Sounds like an advert for Dream Body. Glad to hear of the two cases of improvement.

Also, good results are seen using photobiomodulation. Lowers risk and expense. Many docs are beginning to embrace non-invasive therapy.

1 of my friends got 2 times a ADSC MSC +BPM2 treatment for his knee osteoarthritis(already got pain in his knee). That was 7 and 4 years ago respectively. Just spoke with him recently. He is fine. He does bodybuilding, leg workouts and Muay Thai. So kicking extensively. He is all good and symptom free. The key here is the added BPM2 protein! Although it comes with risks! But living pain free is awesome!
ADSC MSC you have to do every 3-4 years.
You can do Platelet Rich Fibrin injections as a maintenance every 6 Months, as it is anabolic, anti-catabolic and decreases inflammation in the synovium and in the joint in general!

Very cool. Thanks 🙏 for this information. I shared with my brother, a runner 🏃‍♀️ about this facility and your experience. It’s too bad our medical establishment haulted treatment in the states to help people with injuries.

I was wondering if you would make another updated video of how you’re feeling with your stem cell treatment in the next few months or so ?
