Hi Deena, I am a priest. I just saw this though from two years ago. Just two inputs. 1. I have always refused to bless a statue of St. Joseph if the person does not make a pledge not to bury him or turn him upside down. No one told me this, but I just always felt that way. 2. I never shared this with anyone but I frequently doubted that yoga was really bad unless just done for exercise, however, I had to go an bless a local gym after things began to happen when yoga was introduced there. The person got rid of the yoga instructor, classes and there were no more disturbances. There are so many ways to be fit without yoga and also spend some of that time in prayer and/or spiritual reading. You will reap the eternal benefits!

Please dress modestly in church and teach your daughters to also. We need a return to traditional femininity.

Great video! Can I please add to the waving your 'pentecostal' hands in the air during the novus ordo Mass. Stop chit chatting immediately before the Mass. Stop engaging in conversation almost immediately after receiving the Body of Christ. Stop thinking that you are the center of the Mass, by being loud. Stop putting your feet up on the kneeler. STOP standing during the 'you should be kneeling' parts of the Holy Mass. Stop clapping after the Mass, it isn't a 'show.' START treating the Holy Mass as if Jesus Christ is Really Present He is!

Re: Broken rosaries can be donated to a religious organization that sells parts. They make new rosaries out of the donated ones and give them away to a country or any one who cannot afford one. Thank you for your comments. Bless you.

As a revert, the teaching on contraception was a tough one to accept, but once you read the prophecies of Paul VI you realize that it's a most grievous sin for a reason.

I struggle with the temptation of different sins at times and I am not perfect but I know what the Church teaches and I have faith in the Holy Catholic Church. I find it disturbing that some Catholics vote for politicians that are pro abortion and same sex marriage or are afraid to stand up for what the Church teaches.

Wow! I purchased a small St Joseph’s statue at a Catholic Churches gift shop. It came complete with home selling instructions saying to bury it upside down and a prayer to say.There’s just so much corruption.

Sadly Catholics need to re-catechise themselves ASAP and understand the background behind each of these points and more, that the Faith condemns and for good reason. I commend you on touching on things very few want to talk about in our Catholic community. I have dealt with most of those topics you mentioned first hand with co-workers and family members who claimed to be Catholics. I have truthfully attempted to correct these errors with other Catholics and it’s NOT easy. I too was guilty of many of these erroneous ideas because I was never catechized as a boy and fellow Catholics never properly corrected me. My turning point was when I got married and had children, I embraced my faith and made it point to educate myself about our beautiful Catholic Faith. I learned I am responsible for my daughters knowing the faith so I had to step up my game. I discovered the Latin Mass, and found this parish to be crystal clear about the church teaching, thank you Lord.
I joined Saint Paul Street Evangelization and take my daughters with me when I can. We try to clarify and educate on the topics nobody wants to talk about. I salute you and thank you for raising Catholic consciousness. Look forward to your joint ventures with other Catholic brothers and sisters.
