Ford Transit Custom 2 2 TDCi ECU Remap - 125bhp Stage 2 ECU Tuning

The release of the new Euro 5 Ford Transit 2.2 TDCi platform brought with it a new design also, the Ford Transit Custom. With its new engine management system and 2.2 TDCi engine they are available in 3 power outputs 100bhp, 125bhp and 155bhp. The Siemens SID208 requires unlocking for OBD tuning but once done it can be updated through the OBD port ensuring ease of development.

The beauty with these new engines is that they are the same. The only thing that varies the output is the engine management software on the SID208 ECU. This means that on the 125bhp platform we can offer you 2 stages of tune, Stage 1 providing a factory ECU remap to the 155bhp and Stage 2 providing you with 181bhp and 308lbft.

As well as tuning for this engine, we are also able to remove the speed limiter from the ECU which is something many claim but few can actually do.

I recently purchased a transit custom 125bhp 2.2 it know done just over 70k miles on a 63 plate, it hade original steel wheels on and it done brilliant on fuel in fact it was amazing, but I got some 18" alloys that are 8" wide and fuel consumption has increased a lot, what remap would you recommend ? I've been told the economy remap would be my best option ?? If you could reply back would be brilliant and helpful

hi how much to tune a 2014 with 17k on the clock, its a 123bhp as standard, would like the 155bhp

i got 2014 got on dyno ecu tune it not make different so dont waste your money.
