I love this! I did a few years ago to stop my sugar cravings and it worked amazingly! I could turn down brownies, ice cream, anything sweet.I lost weight, not sure how much as that wasn't my goal. Going to do it again and also for my low energy level, and see how it does. I am reasonably sure it will work again.

don't drink, no cocaine/hard drugs, no psychotropic pills and then the face yoga is unnecessary
