This is my life to a tee right now. I have been physically threatened by a coworker and my manager pretended it didn't happen even though he was present. The manager then threatened me with a write up if I pursued it any further. This brought on severe anxiety and insomnia. I am experiencing heart palpitations. I went to the hospital and was prescribed two drugs to deal with it and have been told not to return to work. I am afraid to go back to my work place. It feels unsafe for both my physical and mental well being. Constructive dismissal sounds about right. Thanks for this video! I didn't know this term until now and will look into this.
