They are called weak coz they have no US military base, but I can bet you Namibia is one of the strongest defence in Africa. Namibian soldiers were in Liberia, DRC and Angola for war and restoration of peace.

The strength of an army is not measured by the number of military assets it has. It is rather best measured by the will of its soldiers and leaders. You can have all the assets in the world but if you ain’t willing to fight and die you can be easily defeated despite all the assets at your disposal. For example, the Taliban has less or zero military assets compared to the Afghan army but the Taliban defeated the Afghan army and seized their assets because the Taliban has the will to fight and die for Taliban cause but the Afghan army had no will to fight or die for Afghan government…
