None of these suggestions worked for me on a relatively new Samsung Galaxy. After spending over 2 hours with T-Mobile tech support, I sorted it out on my own. If I have Wi-FI Calling turned on, calls go directly into voicemail. If I have it turned off, the mobile rings. Not sure if there's a remedy to this, but I guess from now on, I'll leave Wi-Fi Calling off.

FYI i tried most of these and had no luck But then I turned aeroplane mode on and then off and it fixed the problem so frustratingly easy 😊

Random calls go straight to voicemail. There is no rhyme or reason why I can receive a call from Adam 1 minute but his next call goes straight to vm. Its maddening!!!

Thank you...samsung said it updated it's voicemail platform and somehow it made ALL my calls go straight to voicemail, fixed now thx to you to check call forwarding 👍

thank you. My building buzzer system was going straight to voicemail and when i tried calling my stupid cell from my home number it did the same thing....i had on caller id and spam protection feature. So it just blocks every number???

Interesting ATT won't even show you the coverage map! It tells you to check then it routes you to new phones, they don't even have prices for plans 🤣 the more you know.

All incoming calls are going straight to voicemail - only when im at home on wifi. I can call out just fine, and receive calls when im away from home and using data.
Verizon has no clue whats going on and neither does my internet provider (actually, they blame each other). It used to work - now it doesn't.
Any help would be greatly appreciated - ive done all the steps in this video multiple times.

Just saying that I've been calling someone alot because I'm worried they are not answering, for some reason when I call the first time it brings me to their voicemail, and then I call again and it's ringing. I tried calling the same person on different phones and it does the same thing, and now it would bring me to their voicemail everytime, does anyone know what it means?
