No this video is not right. There's an ACTUAL SETTING to rout incoming calls from a given user straight to voicemail. THAT'S the issue everyone is having, NOT that their ringer is off or something stupid!

Well I can't call my mom but she can call me and text me but I can't call her or text when I text her she doesn't receive my text and she has a new phone and it still happens

That is not my problem. My phone rings 20x and hangs up. Since 10/6/33 it stopped and hung up. Do I need to do rings for 5x

There is also the option, on Pixels phone, to route or unroute to voicemail. (from the contact menu). In my case was that both wifi and cellphone carrier on. My fix was desactivating one of them, but not have wifi and phone carrier at the same time. Just one of them. I really don't know is that suppose to happen (going directly to voicemail) when both are activated.

I purchased a phone plan for my son's S21+, it's through Tello and apparently Samsung has a bug to where Tello customers can't receive calls goes straight to voice-mail unless you keep your phone on 3G/2G. He can't use his data though, it's to slow on 3G/2G. Samsung still has not put out an update to fix this. Trying to figure out how to fix it.

I find it mostly happens when I am using my phone to watch YouTube or go on the internet. The phone will send the call to VM. The only thing I haven't tried is removing and reinserting the sim card.
