How I Fixed My Y-Axis Layer Shift With A New Wave Washer

Multiple things were causing me to have Y axis layer shifting.

1) My settings were probably off
2) This printer was bought used with extra grease in the bearings and interceptor motor
3) The Y axis stepper motor was not centered correctly, which caused the flange bearings to pop out during printing

After fixing part one and part three, the only thing to fix was my stepper motor either replace the entire thing or try to fix what’s wrong with inside of it. This video shows me assembling the NEMA stepper motor with a new wave washer from a different motor from another printer and fresh bearings that I bought online.
