It's always been alluded to that we were a member of the Stellaron Hunters but I'm glad they showed a bit of what kind of relationship the TB had with them. Looks like TB and the Stellaron Hunters were pretty tight and they were a trusted member and comrade.
This is probably the reason the Stellaron Hunters were never hostile to us specifically.

I read somewhere a while ago that TB travelled with the Hunters before the game starts but for the life of me cant find that lore anywhere

It seems like I am one of the few that bid farewell to Kafka. I get Firefly is absurdly popular. But we wouldn’t have the abilities we do or be where we are without Kafka. And we seem to have been her direct partner while she trained us. Or even raised us depending on theories.
