Easy PQ solution. I do not personally have a lot if PQ applications but I use merges and joins regularly for easy fun!!! I agree with you that AF is the best way when data is in Excel but I often look for good PQ applications just for practice.

I just started a new job yesterday where the department I work in do lots of statistical analysis using Excel. Sadly, they are currently only using Excel 2016. This has Get & Transform, but doesn't seem to be as flexible as the 365 version. For example, there doesn't seem to be a PQ Add-In available or icon in the Data tab.

Is this normal for that version Mike?

By the way, great video as always.

AMAZING. Just Got them! Over night (Wednesday night) XLOOKUP and XMATCH magically showed up--3 days later than MS had "promised" me on the phone!! Will definitely road-test them today!!
